skipton new supermarket

The site of the old Ford dealership in Skipton needed to be stripped back to the steel structure as this would form the shell of the new supermarket. The two acre site with the 100,000 sq ft building was prepared over a 4 week period ready for the constructors to move in.

In addition the original car park, which had an 30 degree slant, had to be addressed. The customer agreed to the construction of a retaining wall and the whole area being levelled which required 1,500 tons of earth to be removed.
