The nature of our business is that each and every job we run is different. Whether it is the structure to be removed, the environment, the hazardous materials, the timescales or the surrounding communities, these factors have to be considered and no two undertakings are the same.
The result is that our business is by its very nature project-based.
A project can be defined as ‘a unique undertaking requiring time and resources to achieve an expected outcome through effective management and control.’
We begin with a brief from the customer, which we then overlay with the relevant considerations and constraints to create a workable plan of action. The plan is carefully monitored to ensure that any exceptions are identified, quantified, managed and reported against agreed outcomes. We do not see these as problems, but as opportunities for improvement. What we don’t want is to present the customer with problems. Instead we carefully consider any and all variances in order to present the customer with solutions.
